"Wieland-Davco Corp. has made Spring Arbor University extremely proud.  As the construction manager for our newest building on our main campus, WDC has construced a most environmnetally and aesthetically pelasing quality building for our 214 residence students and did so under budget and ahead of time.

Mr. Marston Fortress, the Spring Arbor Townshipe Supervisor was in my office and he told me that the inspectors overseeing this project said, 'This is a quality building, one of the very best we have ever inspected.  They did it right.'

It is with the very upmost pride that Spring Arbor University enjoys our newest building which graces our university campus.  The 214 bed men's residence hall, a residence hall located at one of the most strategic corners on our campus, will stand as a tribute to the Wieland-Davco Corp. as a project that was done with utmost integrity, with quality workmanship, ahead of time and under budget.  For this I thank you.
