LANSING, MI – The Wieland-Davco Corporation has announced the opening of its Montreal, Quebec office effective September 1, 2009.
After spending close to two years researching the potential for expansion, Wieland-Davco took the steps to open its third regional office in Montreal. The commercial construction firm is headquartered in Lansing, MI and has offices in Orlando, FL and Shreveport, LA.
“Montreal’s vibrant business community, its important location between Toronto and the East Coast, and its highly educated population make this a great choice for our next step in corporate expansion,” stated Wieland-Davco President Craig Wieland. “Our strength is in commercial and industrial construction and we feel that Montreal can provide exciting opportunities for growth.”
The Wieland-Davco Corporation was founded in 1958 by Don A. Wieland. Since then, the company has grown into a full-service construction management, general contracting and design/build firm with annual sales regularly surpassing $200M (US). Since Don Wieland’s passing in 1990, sons Craig and Scott Wieland have continued to operate the company. The Wieland-Davco Corporation is an ISO 9001:2000 certified corporation.
